Saudah bint Zam'ah is one of the most quietly remarkable women in the seerah. Widowed after two migrations for her faith, she married the Prophet ﷺ. And when age made her worry the Prophet ﷺ might release her from marriage out of kindness, she did something almost no one does: she gave her night to Aishah (RA), asking only to remain a Mother of the Believers in the next life.
