Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your IlmRoots Education subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no penalties for cancelling. We believe in giving our subscribers full control over their membership.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your IlmRoots Education account and navigate to your account settings, or contact us directly at ilmrootseducation@gmail.com with your cancellation request. We will process your cancellation promptly and confirm via email.
What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to the library and all resources until that date. Once the billing period ends, access will be revoked and no further charges will be made to your payment method.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan, cancelling before your renewal date will prevent the next annual charge from being processed. You will continue to have access to all resources until the end of your current annual period. Annual subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly plan, cancelling before your next billing date will prevent the next monthly charge. Access continues until the end of the current monthly period.
Auto-Renewal
All IlmRoots Education subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. IlmRoots Education is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
Reactivation
If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate at a later date, you are welcome to do so at any time. Please note that pricing is subject to change and reactivation will be at the current rate at the time of rejoining. Previous subscription history does not guarantee access to prior pricing.
Institutional Plans
For School and Campus plan subscribers, cancellation requests must be submitted by the account holder or an authorised representative of the institution. Cancellations for institutional plans follow the same terms as individual plans outlined above.
