No Physical Shipping

IlmRoots Education does not sell or ship physical products. All resources available through our platform — including individual resource purchases and subscription library access — are delivered entirely digitally. No item will ever be posted, couriered, or physically dispatched.

How Digital Delivery Works

Upon completing your purchase or activating your subscription, you will receive an email confirmation containing instructions to access your content. All resources are delivered as high-quality, print-ready PDF files which you can download and print at home or at a local print shop at your convenience.

Delivery Timeframe

Digital access is granted immediately upon successful payment. There are no waiting periods, dispatch times, or delivery windows. If you do not receive your access confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Printing

While IlmRoots Education does not provide printed materials, all resources are formatted and optimised for home or professional printing on standard A4 paper. Printing costs are the responsibility of the subscriber or purchaser.

International Access

Our digital resources are accessible from anywhere in the world. However, please note that IlmRoots Education is an Australian business and all curriculum alignment references (ACARA and NESA) are specific to the Australian education system.
